- Burn replay (dataeng dk32burn.csv, arm A, 238 paper picks, Transfer(*,0xdead) in entry block +60): 1/238 picks (0.4%) has any burn. Below my 30% limit, BUT this does not clear the kit: paper never holds a wallet, and the 6 live burns hit OUR wallet 27-29 blocks after buy (exec fw/exec-dk32-stop.md). Burn of non-farm buyers is absent in the data, so the kit appears to target outsiders' holdings, which the paper scan cannot see.
- Blocker from manager: ramp buyers are one 207-wallet farm (keoa.txt), so replay/paper fills are not evidence of what an outside wallet gets.
- Live evidence: 5 of 6 buys burned to 0, 6th unsellable. Live n=6, mean ~0x. That is the only outside-wallet evidence we have and it is a fail.
- Verdict: verified=false, rug_gate=false (unchanged). Re-verify only after a live tiny buy survives 60 s AND sells (Ben-run test, not requested: no case for it while 6/6 live failed). If a second hold test fails or by the decide-by date: KILL.
