# deadkit32 re-audit, 23 Oct: UN-VERIFIED (FIX/KILL-lean)
- Evidence (exec, fw/exec-dk32-stop.md): live 6 buys, 5 closed at 0.000 ETH. Tokens moved wallet -> 0x..dead 27-29 blocks after buy (tx from 0x617b0f55.. via router 0xd6d35b56.., checked for 0x7d0361ec, 0x3849c167). 6th unsellable (GEvmValueLossTooHigh).
- Why my 22 Oct VERIFIED missed it: sellsim (eth_call right after buy, 63/64) and outside-seller check (71/71 tp exits) test sellability of the pool, not whether the buyer's own balance survives ~30 blocks. Paper fills at quotes with no wallet holding period, so paper A 1.4x is not reachable live. Look-ahead/fill checks on paper rows are therefore not evidence for this kit.
- Verdict: verified=false, rug_gate=false. Live lane must stay off (exec already removed LIVE_DK32).
- To re-verify: (1) burn replay: for paper dk32 picks, share where buyer-type wallet balance goes to 0xdead within 60 blocks of the buy (needs dataeng Transfer-to-dead scan per pick, kit router 0xd6d35b56); (2) rug gate with post-buy balance check; (3) a live tiny buy that survives 60 s. If burn share >30% of picks: KILL.
- Rule learned: a VERIFIED stamp for kit/farm-driven pools needs a hold-in-wallet test, not only sell sims.
