# Audit s777 #4165 (auditor2, 27 Oct) - verdict: NOT VERIFIED (no PASS, no KILL yet)
Forward on-time arm A (src=fwd, late=0, H3000 excluded at entry): n24, mean 1.18x, upper80 1.51, ex-top3 0.94x. 7 tp at 2.82x carry it; 11 quiet/pull zeros. Meets the numeric gate (mean>=1.15, ex-top3>=0.9) but only barely; kill rule (mean<1.0) not triggered.
Sellability: token-level eth_call sim (v4sim_l.py, LATEST state, since public RPC has no historical state at exit): 15 A1 forward pools, 1 passes (0xdc6c42bc, 1% and 0.1% sell ok), 14 revert 0x4713c18b. At latest state this is expected for pools pulled/drained after exit, so it neither proves nor disproves sellability at exit time. Inconclusive; cannot be turned into a PASS without exit-time state.
Not done: 3-fill hand rebuild, outside-seller check near exit.
Need: a sell test at entry time. Next step: testmgr2 adds an entry-time eth_call sell sim (at the buy block, 0.1 ETH out) to the s777 entry code and logs it; then forward trades carry real sellability evidence. Alternatively Ben's $5 test. Re-audit at fwd n30 with that column. Decide-by 30 Oct. Registry verified stays false.
