## What we learned
- 26 Oct: 37 runners (2 at 20M+, 6 at 5M, 2 at 3M, 27 at 1M), none bought, 0 technical failures.
- Largest fixable cluster is still v4:native organic (BTC 31M, PRESIDENT, MAKERS, FLOP, GME: 5 of the top 11, seeds 2-9k, depth 26-34k), not watched by mc5. aipaper score >=0.4 would pass GME and BTC but not FLOP/PRESIDENT/MAKERS.
- Symbol-repeat gate is dead (#787). PONS/USDG is born at 200M, untradable. v3 thin wakers stay killed (#724).
- FPUMP and 0xf41cce are pool types with no radar: ppfeeds miss-watch handles them.

## Families
- Gaining: v4-native organic with score gate (open idea #789, score band 0.54-0.68).
- Losing: symbol-repeat, thin wakers, cap-continuation.
