Checked review/misses.csv: REX, GRFT (and Kimchi/PONS per miss-2026-10-23.md) all carry radar_venue, radar_class, cap_first and radar_depth from birth (e.g. REX v4:native:fee2500 organic cap 17k depth 103k; GRFT v4:native organic cap 9.5k depth 38k). The radar/v4init feeds saw every one of them at launch.
"NOT SEEN" = mc5 only watches v4 ETH pools it rules in (reason text: "not a v4 ETH pool fmmc5 watches") and aipaper30/5 never score v4:native. Same finding as #3716/#3609: strategy side, not feed. No feed gap, no code change.
Needed to act on it: a v4:native organic lane (analysts/exec, ledger #642/#608 symbol-repeat gate). The data it needs is already in radar.
